Contract Clause Category concerns with specific clauses.
Manage Clause Category:
Manage contract type screen displays the list of all existing contract types. To view the manage screen, click on Contract Type link in the menu. In the Manage contract type screen, click on Create button to create a new contract type, click on Edit button to update an existing record, click on delete button to delete the record.
Create Clause Category
To create a new Clause Category:
- User clicks on "Contract Clauses" on the left navigation menu.
- User then clicks on "Create Clause Category" and enters the Name and Description
- User clicks on Create button and gets success message after creation.
- New Clause Category is created in the system and navigates to the Manage screen, displaying the newly created Clause Category.
Edit Clause Category
To edit a existing Clause Category:
- User clicks on "Contract Clauses" on the left navigation menu.
- User enters the clause category name that needs to be edited in the search field.
- User clicks on the button in the manage screen and edits the required field.
- User clicks on Update button and changes to the Clause Category are updated in the system with success message.
Delete Clause Category
To delete a existing Clause Category:
- User clicks on "Contract Clauses" on the left navigation menu.
- User enters the clause category name that needs to be edited in the search field.
- User clicks on the in the manage screen
- A Message box is displayed for confirmation of delete action
- User clicks the Confirm button in the displayed message box and Clause Category record is deleted in the system
