CMx provides users with Share File Option with other users in Live Editor.

When user clicks on Share File and select the particular document to be shared ,the below screen gets displayed and user can provide users list to whom the file has to be shared.

When user clicks on the text box a drop down list box appears and they can select the users to whom the file has to be shared.
