 Manage contracts screen displays the list of all existing contracts. To view the manage screen, click on Manage Contracts  link in the menu. In the Manage contracts screen, click on Create contract button to create a new contract, click on Contract number dropdown ,where you can see following actions.

  • Edit Contract - To update an existing record.
  • View Contract, - To View the contract details.
  • View Version History - To view each updated action to the contract as a version.
  • send For Internal review-To Send the contract for approval for a person with in the organization.
  • send For External review -To Send the contract for approval for a person who is out of the organization
  • Send for Manual Signature-To send a contract for manual signature to the Contracting Party.  
  • Send For E Signature-To send a contract for E signature to the Contracting Party.
  • Renew Contract-To send a contract for Renewal.
  • Pause Contract -To Stop the contract for time being.
  • cancel Contract -To Cancel the Contract.
  • Amend Contract - After signing the contract by both parties ,Contract  Amendment  happens.
