On Login to CMx product,Dashboard is displayed with menu on left hand side
Click on "Advanced Search" from left menu.
The page displayed with a text box and Search button and below filters under Advanced search.
Key in search name like owner name, contract number, title etc, click of search button
Results are retrieved and displayed in a search results page.

Search Filters:

1. Contract Number
2. Contract Title
3. Contract Owners (Users)-User Name
4. Departments-Name
5. Locations-Name
6. Contracting Party-Name
7. Contracting Party Type-Name
8. Contract Type-Name
9. Document Attachment Contents
10. Document Attachment Types (Example: PDF, MS Word etc)
11. Document Attachment File Name (Example : Filename* )
