- On Login to CMx product,Dashboard is displayed with menu on left hand side
- Click on "Advanced Search" from left menu.
- The page displayed with a text box and Search button and below filters under Advanced search.
- Key in search name like owner name, contract number, title etc, click of search button
- Results are retrieved and displayed in a search results page.
Search Filters:
- Contract Number
- Contract Title
- Contract Owners (Users)-User Name
- Departments-Name
- Locations-Name
- Contracting Party-Name
- Contracting Party Type-Name
- Contract Type-Name
- Document Attachment Contents
- Document Attachment Types (Example: PDF, MS Word etc)
- Document Attachment File Name (Example : Filename* )
