Contracting Party type refers to the various types/buckets contracting party can be categorized. This feature provides user to manage contracting party type.
To create Contracting Party type:
- Click on “Contracting Party Type” in the left side of navigation menu.
- In “Home >> Manage Contracting Party Types” page, click on “Create Contracting Party Type”.
- In the Contracting Party Type pop-up, user enters Name and Description.
- User clicks on create button and verifies that the Contracting Party Type is createdsuccessfully in the Manage Contracting Party Type screen.
To edit Contracting Party Type:
- User searches for the contracting party type by entering Contracting Party Type Name in search box
- User clicks on
in the manage screen. - Contracting Party Type fields are displayed.
- User edits the required field
- User clicks on Update button
- Verify that the Contracting Party Type is updated successfully in the Manage Contracting Party Type screen.
To delete Contracting Party Type:
- User searches for the contracting party type by entering Contracting Party Type Name in search box
- User clicks on
and a confirmation message is displayed
- Once user clicks on "Confirm" button, user gets delete success messgae
